			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><font size="3" face="Times New Roman">Having 3 kids, all under the age of 2 ½ years old, sometimes there is a need to get out to a bookstore and sip on a cup of coffee. In case your wondering, I have twins, that is how it&#8217;s possible to have three under the age of 2 and ½. I always enjoy reading new pieces of information on <strong>branding</strong>, and found a new book, and a for sure recommend, Primalbranding: Create Zealots for Your Brand, Your Company, and Your Future by Patrick Hanlon. One of my running buddies <a href="http://www.mywavepage.com/jpeak/" title="Joe Schroeder"><strong><a target="_blank" href="http://www.joeschroeder.com">Joe Schroeder</a></strong></a>, seems to think and write like Patrick Hanlon.</font><font size="3" face="Times New Roman"></p>
<p></font><font size="3" face="Times New Roman">I want to talk <strong>branding</strong> tonight, and I am going to give you a tool that I have used to brand myself almost overnight. The tools is called Traffic Geyser, (it&#8217;s on my tools list on the right hand side of this blog). If you have not heard the buzzword Web 2.0, then you have been under a HUGE Rock lately. One has to be very careful in how they use the word Web 2.0; I learned this after having a discussion with my blog developer <a href="http://wordpresswonderwoman.com/" title="Donna Kai Wilson"><strong>Donna Kai Wilson</strong></a>, who happens to be an amazing asset to my business. Make sure you check this woman out, and if you don&#8217;t have a Wordpress blog from her, you&#8217;re missing out big time. </font><font size="3" face="Times New Roman">I see very few people using video marketing tactics like they should, and with <strong>Traffic Geyser</strong>, a person can literally put their business on the map overnight. I don&#8217;t care if your in <strong>MLM</strong>, <strong>Network Marketing</strong>, and Author, Affiliate Marketer, or whatever, this is a must have tool. I will be adding other tools and resources to this page in the coming week.</font><font size="3" face="Times New Roman"><font size="3" face="Times New Roman">Success,</font></p>

Here lately students of mine, my mentors, and my wife all have been tugging at me to let the world understand a little better who <strong>Josh Peak</strong> is. They have wanted me to let people know where I came from, the struggles I have had to get to the position I am today, I guess you would call it what <a href="http://joeschroeder.com/" title="Joe Schroeder"><strong><a target="_blank" href="http://www.joeschroeder.com">Joe Schroeder</a></strong></a> does in his book <a href="http://www.mywavepage.com/jpeak" title="Alpha Code"><strong>Alpha Code</strong></a>, the Tribal Stamp.</p>
<p>After taking a 3.2-mile run in the dark tonight, and listening to Eric Clapton, I really have tapped into myself. So here it goes. Most of you know I am doing quite well in my business life, but it wasn&#8217;t always that way. You see I started in <strong>network marketing</strong> in 2000, but after I had a short 7-month stint in the corporate world, and found out I am just psychologically UNEMPLOYABLE. I got my start in a well known wellness company in the <strong>MLM </strong>world, struggled for 3½ years, and then just took off, but noticed one huge thing, my members were struggling, I had NO system. You see, <strong>MLM</strong> and <strong>Network Marketing</strong> is NOT a system, it&#8217;s simply a distribution model of moving products and services, but the people are the system. I didn&#8217;t understand that philosophy until I met people like <strong>Jeff Magee,</strong> <strong>Bill</strong> <strong>Bartmann</strong>, and <strong>Robert Blackman</strong>.</font></p>
<p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; line-height: 150%" class="MsoNormal"><font size="3" face="Times New Roman"><br />
But, let&#8217;s talk about another struggle I had. I bet you never knew <strong>Josh</strong> <strong>Peak</strong> struggled with Anxiety; I didn&#8217;t either, until sitting in a church pew back in 2002, when I started to sweat profusely thinking I was having a heart attack. I didn&#8217;t know what was going on, it was the weirdest and scariest thing that had happened to me. Thank God I never took medication for it, as most of you know, I am totally a person who is for natural cures. Thank God I met <strong><a href="http://www.lindenmethod.com" title="Charles Linden">Charles Linden</a></strong>, the creator of the Linden Method, Thank God. See I was always a person who lived for tomorrow, and not for today. Depression is when you look in the rear view, Anxiety is when you worry about the future, and balance is when you live in the NOW!</font></p>
<p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; line-height: 150%" class="MsoNormal"><font size="3" face="Times New Roman"><br />
My passions have always included helping people, whether it be creating a $250,000+ a year income, or helping people overcome their hurdles in business, I love helping people become the Champion they deserve to be.</font></p>
<p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; line-height: 150%" class="MsoNormal"><font size="3" face="Times New Roman"><br />
After overcoming Anxiety Attacks, I started to really get in touch with my inner self, it&#8217;s crazy, I have talked with Top Executives, Attorneys, Doctors who suffer from Anxiety, even top athletes, who I will not mention their names. But all have said how weird it is after they conquer the hurdles of Anxiety, how their intuition becomes clearer, how much clarity they have in their life. That is when I started to really pay attention to successful people, even more than I did in the past. I have always read biographies since I was in grade school, my teachers all wanted me to read something different for a change. But, I really started to watch the companies and individuals who were <strong>branded</strong>, who went from outhouse to penthouse, i.e. The Hunt Brothers who tried to corner the silver market, Vince Lombardi and Barry Switzer in football, Dan Gable in wrestling, Yanik Silver<strong> </strong>in marketing, Warren Buffett, Peter Daniels, and Philip Judge in investing. I started to pay strong attention to these people. See if your going to be successful you have to hang with successful people, or at least read about them, and be in the moment with them while reading their story.</font></p>
<p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; line-height: 150%" class="MsoNormal"><font size="3" face="Times New Roman"><br />
So <strong>branding</strong> became very much a passion to me, and still is to this day. <a href="http://www.mywavepage.com/jpeak/" title="Joe Schroeder"><strong><a target="_blank" href="http://www.joeschroeder.com">Joe Schroeder</a></strong></a> has really made me understand what your upline and my upline just didn&#8217;t teach, that doesn&#8217;t make them bad people, they were just ignorant of how the Pyramid Lords did it. I got the chance to have first hand access to <strong><a target="_blank" href="http://www.joeschroeder.com">Joe Schroeder</a></strong> and the years of reading he has done, the library in his head, the wisdom he has gained. It would have taken me twenty years to get this on my own. Well, here I am today, with a society of people who I train, a true Team of people who I leverage, and they leverage me. This is how I have gone to the penthouse. There is even more to this story, which I will tell on a conference call in December, which will be recorded, you will want to be on it, believe me! It will become a product, and you will want to have your name included on the call, it&#8217;s branding.</font></p>
<p style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; line-height: 150%" class="MsoNormal"><font size="3" face="Times New Roman"><br />
I want to thank God for my wife who has been through these struggles with me. She&#8217;s more of a risk taker than me believe it or not, this woman is the true entrepreneur, see most millionaires have a great wife or husband behind them, I have been blessed to have not only a great wife and partner, but also a better half who is more of an entrepreneur and relationship builder than meâ€¦call me blessed? She&#8217;s also the mother of 3 children under the age of two at the moment, a 23 month old and twins at 4 months old, and still runs a Salon Business. I want to thank <a target="_blank" href="http://www.joeschroeder.com">Joe Schroeder</a>, for knocking 30 years off my learning curve, I love you Joe. <strong>Charles Linden</strong>, God put you in my life, and I honor you. You helped me overcome this scary thing called Anxiety, thank you. Also, thanks Jeff Magee, Bill Bartmann who is a former billionaire, and three-time millionaire, Bill is the epitome of failure and success, he will tell you that in his book Billionaire Secrets. Lastly, my students who have constantly pushed me to be successful day after day. Reminds me of my college wrestling coach Jody Thompson, thanks Jody for giving me that scholarship, and believing in me. He is like most successful business folks; he put his money where his mouth was. I could go on forever, but you see, at some point you have to start networking with the best, and then YOU too, can go from outhouse to penthouse.</font></p>

<p></font></font><font face="Times New Roman"><font size="3">2) </font><font size="3">Develop your own Tele-Seminar, mine is the <strong><a href="http://joshpeak.com/" title="Josh Peak">Josh Peak</a></strong> Experience on Tuesday Nights. The call is always teaching students of mine and others how to build lists, develop many streams of income through a SYSTEM. A Tele-Seminar is so huge in <strong>Branding</strong> you.<br />

3) </font><font size="3">Create an MP3 of your tele-seminars, and host them on a website or blog that you have, it creates a frenzy. It&#8217;s huge, and can create a nice little income, from a past tele-seminar. People in <strong>Direct Sales</strong>, <strong>Network Marketing</strong>, and <strong>MLM</strong>, or any other industry will buy creative information that will help them in having a <a href="http://www.mywavepage.com/jpeak/chaos.html" title="SOLUTION"><strong>solution</strong> </a>to their problem, whether it be finding a never ending supply of clients, or creating a <strong>Brand</strong> or <strong>Image</strong> that is so Profound.<br />

4) </font><font size="3">Create a DVD or CD from a Profound conference call or tele-seminar you did, but it has to be Profound. People that have sites and blogs are not impressive, I mean 13 year-olds have sites and blogs now. If you have a CD or DVD to send to people that has their credit card ready is very impressive.</p>

I teach small business owners, <strong>affiliate marketers</strong>, <strong>MLM</strong>, and <strong>Network Marketers</strong> the importance of a good<strong> Brand</strong>. Itâ€™s one thing to create a <strong>Brand</strong> for someone, but itâ€™s another thing in helping that business owner how to <strong><em>MAINTAIN</em></strong> the <strong>brand</strong>. You can look at many companies who have developed a great <strong>Brand</strong>, but then stayed stagnant and rested their laurels on the <strong>Brand</strong>, without changing with what the customer wanted. I have been studying David F. Dâ€™Alessandro the author of <strong>Brand Warfare</strong>, and the book is just amazing. He goes above and beyond what most so-called experts in <strong>Branding</strong> would dare go, they donâ€™t teach this stuff in colleges. Itâ€™s amazing to me how blogging has just overnight developed a positive or negative Brand for someone. I teach in the world of <strong>Affiliate Marketing</strong>, <strong>MLM</strong>, <strong>Network Marketing</strong>, and <strong>Direct Sales</strong>, how to develop a list or database of repeat customers who buy over and over and over again. My mentor has been <a title="Joe Schroeder" href="http://joeschroeder.com/"><strong><a target="_blank" href="http://www.joeschroeder.com">Joe Schroeder</a></strong></a> of <a title="Zombie Marketing" href="http://www.mywavepage.com/jpeak/zombie.html"><strong>Zombie Marketing</strong></a>, this man knows how to <em><strong>Zombie-fie</strong></em> people with his freak like ability to make a person buy.<br />

Just look at the lineage of successful people, look at who mentored them. I have been a protÃ©gÃ© of <a title="Joe Schroeder" href="http://joeschroeder.com/"><a target="_blank" href="http://www.joeschroeder.com">Joe Schroeder</a></a>, <a title="Jeff Magee" href="http://jeffreymagee.com/">Jeff Magee</a>, and others who always have fought against the common thinking. I like most people in society was raised by parents of a mentality, that itâ€™s not ok to be a rock star, or a politician, or a successful entrepreneur. Why did they have this train of thought, why did they think in terms of scarcity? They were most definitetely taught this by their generations above them; itâ€™s called creating a dynasty of failure. I am telling you right now, and listen very closely. The big Red, White, and Blue was built on free enterprise, and itâ€™s ok to be a millionaire, itâ€™s ok to be <strong>branded</strong> as a <strong>Champion</strong>. The fact of the matter is this though; every event or situation in your life was created by you, the act of action or in-action. Look, before I gave myself permission to be at where I am at, I was a very peeved person, because I though the public school system and college sold me short, which they did, itâ€™s basically a production line of employees at those places. Dâ€™Alessandro, and obviously the book is about building a killer brand. This book was sent to me by <a target="_blank" href="http://www.joeschroeder.com">Joe Schroeder</a>, and as Joe knows I am very passionate about TWO very important things, and teach them very well, that is branding yourself instead of another company, and building a list or database of clients who buy on a re-occuring basis from you. So in nurturing your list, you are in turn branding.<br />
Now, using a blog with great information, will in turn produce a good list with people who are tuned to what you are saying, has to be helpful information. So called GURUâ€™s in MLM, Network Marketing, as well as other industries are missing this concept. Instead the big leaders know exactly what the hidden order is, but yet they are teaching their downline or associates to just focus on their primary MLM, Network Marketing, or Home Business, instead of BRANDING theirselves. Yet those of us that know how to brand, understand the concept of putting multiple â€toolsâ€ that create nice residuals monthly inside of our attentive lists, these are tools that actually help people do the same thing I am doing. Pyramid Lords or Big Hitters are making five or six residual incomes from their downline on autoresponder, leads, lead capture page services, as well as many more tools. But they just arenâ€™t teaching their students how to do the same, not teaching on branding, list building, blogging, etc. So when you see a guy or gal making 10k a month, and then all of a sudden jumps to 50k, itâ€™s not because he had this marketing epiphany and all of a sudden learned how to build business better, they simply added another income stream in their portfolioâ€¦by virtue of branding.<br />

<p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">In my mind, blogging is a great way to brand for many reason. First, you get to share your expertise with people, I love helping people with my solutions. Secondly, if they are real solutions, then people will come back for more, they will need your information. Lastly, with the list or database you build, with in turn help you very well financially.</font></p>
